Additional Information and Notes
Prices
All prices are per apartment, for the rooms per person and day including VAT, plus visitor's tax. The prices also include accommodation in our rooms including our large breakfast buffet or accommodation only in our apartments.
Much comfort, much service: our prices additionally include:
- Free use of our vitality area with cabin log sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and with all the trimmings
- Free use of the fitness room
- Free use of all facilities in the playroom
- Free WiFi
Children's discount: Children up to 2 years stay in their parents' room for free. Children between 3 and 5 years get 70% discount, children between 6 and 12 years 50% and children between 13 and 16 years 30% of the full price.
Additional costs for apartments and studios: For the final cleaning we charge between € 55,- and € 85,-. If you wish for daily cleaning we charge between € 8,- and € 10,- per day. For each additional person in the apartment or studio we charge € 12,-.
Additional charge for breakfast buffet in the apartments: We offer all our apartment guests a large breakfast buffet if they want. Price per person and day: € 12,-.
Children up to 6 years for free; children up to 10 years € 6,-
We would kindly ask you to book the breakfast buffet when booking the apartment or studio if possible.
Half-board only possible in summer!
Check-in and check-out: The rooms are available as of 3 p.m. on arrival day. On departure day we kindly ask you to leave the rooms not later than 10.30 a.m.
Cancellation regulations: For cancellations, late arrivals and early departures the Austrian Regulations for the Hotel Industry apply. (WKO.at - click)
We recommend contracting a travel cancellation insurance.
