The prices for all room types are per person and night including our huge breakfast buffet, including VAT and excluding visitor´s tax and final cleaning.
Prices for the apartments are per apartment per night without breakfast, including VAT and excluding visitor´s tax and final cleaning.
Much comfort, much performance: Furthermore is included in our prices:
- All goods and services of the SUPER.SOMMER.CARD.
- free use of the cable cars and busses (Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis)
- Guided hikes each week from Sunday to Friday
- free use of our mountainbikes
- Free attendance at the children's animation program
- in case of bad weather: free use of our sauna and steambath in our wellness area
Arrangements inclusive breakfast buffet and accordingly half-board:
Additional charge for huge breakfast buffet in the apartments and studios:
€ 10,- per person and night; children under 6 years free; children under 10 years € 5,-
Discount for children: children under 4 stay free in the parents' room. Children from 4 to 11 years receive a 60% discount, children from 11 to 16 years receive 30% discount and children from 16 to 18 years receive 20% discount off the room prices.
Additional costs in the apartments and studios: for cleaning will be charged € 45.- to € 60.- fee per stay! For daily cleaning of the apartments or studios € 6,- to € 8,- will be charged. For any further person in the apartments or studios € 8 will be charged.
Arrival: Your room is available from approx. 3 p.m. of the day of arrival. ou should leave the room at 11:30 a.m. on the day of departure.
Cancellation conditions: In any instance of dispute, the cancellation conditions as stipulated in Austrian Hotel Contracting Conditions (ÖHVB) will apply.
Please take the holiday cancellation insurance coverage.
