Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis: A mountain biking paradise beyond compare!
Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is a true paradise for mountain bikers. For the beginner as well as for the advanced bike freak there are around 35 perfectly marked tours and approximately 200 kilometres (!) of bike trails in one of the best mountain bike areas in Tyrol. From the leisurely ride to the single trail for specialists. For all those who can’t get enough of cycling fun, there are routes of as much as 50 km and really high tours of up to 3,000 metres to get the best cyclists sweating.
Alongside the Int. Schönjoch Trophy, a hill climb with more than 1,000 metres of ascent on a route length of 17.3 km, Fiss is also the location of international downhills and dual slaloms. Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis also offers tours for beginners and families on the plains; soft ascents and several opportunities for a break in cosy restaurants, as well as the support with the cable car in Fiss and in Serfaus allow even those who are untrained the chance to reach the heights. Well trained and fit cyclists can take on tours of 70 kilometres and more and enjoy the magnificent mountain landscapes of the Samnaun group and the edge Ötztal Alps.

Your hosts in the Hotel Alpina in Serfaus are keen cyclists and love to join the guests for a tour up into the mountains. Furthermore there are professional guides available in Serfaus. Four times a week (from mid-June to mid- September) you can choose between easy tours for those looking for the leisurely variation (need to be basically fit) and fantastic tours for the well trained and freaks.

The enjoyment barometer for mountain bikers is also traditionally high for us in the Hotel Alpina on the high plains of Fiss-Serfaus-Ladis: before the slope gets too steep - or if you are missing the necessary stamina, you can comfortably take your bike to the top with cable cars at any time and do grand tours in the mountains – and then enjoy the downhill sprints with their intense adrenaline push. An example: with the gondola cable car up onto the Schönjoch, on foot to the Schöngampalm and then return by bike to Fiss.
