Local tax
We charge the local tax in addition to the daily rate, which is € 2.60 per person per day for the 2024 summer season. The local tax will change to € 3.70 per person per day for adults aged 16 and over for the 2024/2025 winter season.
Additional person
Per additional person, we charge € 35.00 per day.
Final cleaning
The final cleaning for the apartment is € 150.00 in summer and € 160.00 in winter.
Minimum stay
The minimum stays are 4 nights. We will charge a surcharge of 10% of the daily rate.

Dogs are not allowed in this apartment. Thank you for your understanding!
