We are happy if you decide to join us with children. We will gladly provide you with a cot and a high chair. Upon request, we will be happy to inform you in which apartments cots are possible.
Our rich breakfast buffet is available for you from 07:30 am to 10:00 a.m.

Make yourself at home with us. Please note that our rooms and flats are ready for occupancy from 4 pm onwards. Should your accommodation unit be ready earlier, we will be happy to inform you.
In case of arrivals after 7:00 pm, we kindly ask you to inform us in time. Tel.: +43 5476 6219.
We kindly ask you to vacate your room or apartment by 10:00 am on the day of departure. If you are still in Serfaus on the day of departure, we will be happy to store your luggage for you and offer you a possibility to change. Simply contact our reception team.
If you are leaving before breakfast, you are welcome to order a packed lunch.

Apartments:
In the apartments there are no discounts for children. The apartment price is calculated for standard occupancy, regardless of age. It is possible to accommodate additional persons after consultation and at an extra charge, according to availability.
We will inform you about the amount and due date of the deposit by e-mail upon reservation. Generally, this amounts to approx. 30 % of the booking sum.
We will do our best to fulfil your room request as far as possible. Please understand that we are not able to make a binding commitment for certain room numbers and floors.
In Serfaus there is a general driving ban (winter) for cars in the entire village area. Of course you can leave the village with your car at any time. However, it is not permitted to drive to the cable car by car. An underground aerial cableway is running free of charge at regular intervals. The next boarding point is at the "Kirche".
The underground runs all day from the "Station Parkplatz" (car park) to the final station "Seilbahn" (cable car) at approx. 10-minute intervals.
You can charge your electric vehicle in the underground car park. The card to activate the charging process is available at the reception.
Final cleaning is not charged in the rooms.
Our apartment prices do not include final cleaning. Depending on the size of the flat, final cleaning is between € 120.00 and € 150.00.
Please note that intermediate cleaning of the apartments is only possible upon request and availability. Daily cleaning of the apartments is unfortunately not possible. Thank you for your understanding.
General terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations shall apply. Here you can find the GTC.
To avoid long waiting times on the day of departure, you can pay your bill the day before. We accept cash and card payments as well as online transfers.
Pets are welcome in certain apartments. Due to the consideration of other guests, we regret that pets are not allowed in the wellness area, the breakfast room or the bistro. Thank you for your understanding.

Prices are per room & per day including breakfast buffet. The visitor's tax of € 2,60 per person & day (from 16 years) will be charged separately.
Apartments:
Prices are for standard occupancy per apartment & per day excluding final cleaning. The visitor's tax of € 2.60 per person & per day (from 16 years) is charged separately on site. Our rich breakfast buffet can be booked on request for an extra charge.

For a stay of up to 3 days, we charge a 10% short stay surcharge.
