We have paid particular attention to accessibility in the new building. All apartments are easily accessible by elevator. In the main building, the elevator stops on the mezzanine floor - there are always a few stairs to take. The "Bifang" and "Komperdell" apartments cannot be reached by elevator.
Our heated ski boot room and ski depot are located in the basement - right by the entrance.
Yes, you will find the bike room in the basement of the new building, right next to the underground parking garage. Our bike washing area is located outside (parking lot in front of the main building).

There are two supermarkets in Serfaus.The "MPREIS" supermarket is located at Dorfbahnstraße 50 opposite the Serfauser Stadl - approx. 350 meters from our alpina&more APARTMENTS | ZIMMER - and is very easy to reach on foot. The supermarket "Billa" is located at Untere Dorfstraße 27 - also approx. 350 meters from our alpina&more APARTMENTS | ZIMMER - and is also within walking distance.
Directly opposite our alpina&more APARTMENTS | ZIMMER is the "Althaler" bakery.
Yes, dogs are welcome in selected apartments on request. Dogs are not allowed in our double rooms and in some carpeted apartments. Please let our reception team know directly when making your vacation inquiry or booking whether you will be arriving with your pet so that we can make all the necessary arrangements.
